Hey what's up everybody,
                           I'm starting this blog as a semester long assignment for one of my college courses and boy should this be fun. As referred to in the blog title, I"m here to give insight on who's NEW, who's HOT, & who's on the RISE (all in reference or relation to music), as well ass many, MANY more things.
